ABOUT THE FIRM
The North Carolina law firm of Gabriel Berry & Weston, a Limited Liability Partnership, was formed in 1978 with a commitment to hard work and prompt service at a reasonable fee. We emphasize confidentiality for our clients' business, the highest ethical standards, and a respect for the individual needs of each client. We can assist you in a broad range of legal services: wills and trusts, probate of estates, tax or corporate matters, domestic and family law, litigation, workers compensation, personal injury and property damage insurance claims, contracts, and business tax planning. Though most of our clients are individuals, we also represent a variety of local, regional, and even international companies. The firm has represented The City of Greensboro and Guilford County, North Carolina in property tax matters since 1978.
Members of the firm are admitted to practice before all local, state and federal courts including the United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court. We employ an experienced support staff of legal assistants who are sensitive to the confidential nature of their work and the requirements of our clients. We use specialized consultants on a case-by-case basis to bring an expanded range of talent as may be necessary to a particular subject matter.
Conveniently located in downtown Greensboro just two blocks from the Guilford County Courthouse, ample metered parking is available at our front door. Appointments are generally scheduled during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Special arrangements are available for clients with unusual scheduling needs.
Appointments can be made by speaking directly with an attorney or his legal assistant. Our attorneys make every effort to return phone calls and emails by the end of the following business day. Voicemail and email are available to assist with communication. Our attorneys are accessible by voicemail 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Also, our competent legal assistants will be more than happy to assist you.
